Terms of Service

By accessing or using the IvorySMP Server (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not submit an application or utilize the platform.

The Service provides a gateway for users to link their Discord accounts and apply for access to the IvorySMP Minecraft server network. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or access to the network.

When utilizing our web gateway and application process, you agree explicitly NOT to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or impersonated Minecraft usernames or account data.
• Attempt to bypass application cooling periods, automated bans, or administrative locks.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to flood, spam, or stress-test the registration endpoints.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to disrupt the underlying authentication middleware.

The IvorySMP staff team retains absolute, unilateral discretion regarding network access. We reserve the right to approve, deny, terminate, or revoke any player's whitelist status at any given time, for any reason, with or without prior notice or explanation.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. In no event shall IvorySMP, its developers, or its staff team be held liable for any damages, data losses, connectivity disruptions, application processing bugs, or server downtime resulting from the use or inability to use this platform.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon being updated on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
