To process your server whitelist request, our system collects the following specific data points during the authentication and submission workflow:

• Discord Account Data: Your unique Discord Snowflake ID, username, and avatar hash are pulled via the secure Discord OAuth2 protocol.
• Minecraft Identity Data: The Minecraft username you provide is processed to obtain your official Mojang UUID (for Java players) or Floodgate-compatible XUID via the Geyser API (for Bedrock players).
• Application Input: Your written responses to the five randomly selected questionnaire prompts.

The information collected is strictly utilized to operate and maintain the server infrastructure. Specifically, we use this data to:

• Evaluate whitelist applications and route the appropriate commands to the game server.
• Enforce anti-abuse metrics, prevent multiple conflicting applications, and track application cooldown timers for denied profiles.
• Display public components like staff-handled metadata inside private administrative Discord channels.

All application details are retained securely inside an isolated local database on our hosting node. Your responses and data points are kept on file for record-keeping and network linkage purposes. We do not sell, trade, or distribute your information to any external third-party marketing networks or data brokers.

Our platform interfaces with trusted external entities to complete your profile verification. This includes sending data queries to:

• Discord API: For account verification and server application ticket creation.
• Mojang API: For standard Java profile existence and avatar validation.
• GeyserMC API: For standard Bedrock/Xbox Live profile identity translations.

If you wish to have your historic application logs, profile records, or linked questionnaire data permanently scrubbed from our local database tracking modules, please reach out directly to the server administration team via our official community Discord server to file a formal deletion request. Please note: Because our whitelist is actively tied to this database, requesting a complete data deletion will result in the immediate removal of your account(s) from the server whitelist.
